Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Benefit plans where members may go to any provider they choose, or any one of a number of listed preferred providers.
Indemnity Plans Traditional insurance where an insurance company or administrator provides service payment for the price of a monthly premium paid by you or your employer. Any provider accepting the plan may provide services.
Dental Health Maintenance Organization (DHMO) Managed Care Plans Please check with your plan for out of network benefits.
Jonathan Dental Individual/Family Plans Individuals currently without dental insurance are certainly welcomed in our office. We have flexible payment plans to assist you in attaining your best oral health. We offer a full array of cosmetic dentistry, a growing portion of our practice. We offer a 5% courtesy discount for payment in full with cash or check at the time of service.
We also offer a senior courtesy discount of 10% to those over 60 years old.
